Purchase/Shipping/Refund Policy

You may purchase merchandise such as (but not limited to) books, CDs, audio downloads or event attendances on this site (“Products”) or Services.

A. Payment methods and Billing

1.If you wish to purchase Products at the Site, you must provide valid credit card information on the site’s shopping card or order forms. 2.We currently accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. 3.By submitting such credit card information, you give Adventures in Mastery, LLC, permission to charge your purchases to the card that you designate on the order form. 4.We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time and for any reason. 5.If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge. 6.We will not be responsible: a.for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order, b.if your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you, or c.or any delays or non-delivery of Products that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification. 7.If you are under 18 years of age, you may only order Products on the site with a parent or guardian.

B. Order Acceptance

1.Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. 2.For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy, and if applicable, your order is shipped. 3.Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. 4.We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. 5.If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the charge.

C. Order Returns

1.Non-physical Products (audio downloads, event attendances) and Services are not eligible for return or refund. 2.You may return any physical Product purchased from the site for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. a.You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment. b.To expedite your request, please include the following information with your return: (1) the reason you wish to return your purchase, (2) your order number which can be found on the Product invoice, and (3) the date you purchased the Product. c.You may mail the Product and receipt to: Adventures in Mastery, LLC; P.O. Box 43548; Phoenix, AZ 85080-3548, USA. d.Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. e.For returns via mail, you must carefully package the Product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the thirty (30) day period. f.Adventures in Mastery, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

D. Shipping and Handling; International Orders

1.The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. 2.If you place an order for shipment to an international address, you will be responsible for paying any VAT and other taxes, tariffs, import or export duties, and other similar fees imposed on such orders. These taxes, duties and fees, if assessed, are the sole responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. Pricing on the site does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, or value-added taxes. 3.With respect to shipments of Products to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to Products and risk of loss shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the Products to the common carrier. You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information, and in the event that any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to do so, you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied.

Additional terms relating to certain Products or Services (such as prices, methods of payment, our policies with respect to returns, refunds, and cancellations and/or exchanges) may be posted on the site on the individual pages describing the Products, or on the shopping card/order forms for the specific Products or Services.
